Lumi-Systems.io is a Vienna-based technology company specializing in sustainable enterprise infrastructure. We combine refurbished Linux notebooks with managed cloud hosting to deliver powerful, affordable, and environmentally responsible computing solutions.

Our mission is to prove that high-performance IT infrastructure doesn’t require new hardware or vendor lock-in. We believe in data sovereignty, open-source principles, and long-term partnerships with our customers.

Our Founder

Dimitri Rupp brings 15+ years of IT operations experience from roles across Switzerland, Finland, and Austria. His background spans infrastructure management, cloud architecture, and system integration — always with a focus on solving real business problems.

Aktera Connect emerged from Dimitri’s experience managing complex relationships across disparate systems: CRMs that didn’t talk to email, documents scattered across cloud storage, support tickets in separate systems. He realized the industry needed a different approach — one that respects existing systems while unifying the view.
